Q1: What information do you need to select the suitable fan model?
A: Air flow, total pressure or static pressure, voltage, working condition.
Q2: How about your company’s pre-sales service and after-sales service?
A: Before our cooperation, we have the professional technical team to help you make the technical solution according to your working condition, to make sure the centrifugal fan efficiency operation. After sales service, we will offer 12 months’ repairing service, and provide lifelong follow-up services. Besides, our engineers are available for going abroad to offer the repairing service.
Q3: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q4: What is the delivery term for making business?
A: In general, we send the shipment in FOB term. However, the terms of CIF and C&F are acceptable which depends on the preference of the client.
